I thought waivers did not open until Jan. 2 (according to the league rules as printed) I adjusted rule 6.1 - To be as realistic to Major League Baseball as possible, we will have a waiver system. Waivers will close on August 31st and reopen shortly after the playoffs are completed I think previous commish probably just wanted to allow enough time to process transitioning from one year to the next (spreadsheets) without a bunch of micro transactions going on at the same time. |
