Here you can designate guys to the long term IL for the 2025 offseason. These players will still count towards your 2025 cap and cannot be activated until the 2025 all star break.

Admins will need to approve each player but we're typically looking for Tommy John guys who have already been ruled out for a significant portion of 2025.

Luis Medina (TJ)

Joe Musgrove (TJ)

Oakland Athletics
Adbert Alzolay (TJ fantrax says likely won't pitch till 2026)
Matt Brash (fantrax says he aims for a pre-all star break return in 2025)
