I agree. Parting with a rookie with lots of upside is tough but I'm kinda deep there and Pena is expendable as I have 3 quality SS w/ Marcelo Mayer coming soon.
I love Jacob Misiorowski and it took a chunk to get him.

but cubs had to put pena in the IL so make room for him on MLB roster and you're still appearing over the milb limits with players as well
on fantrax you have 15 out of 12 players on reserve and 36 players out of a possible 35 in milb....so you're 4 players over on your roster limits
