If your MILB players have reached their max limits (200 at bats/100 innings pitched) by the all star break (July 16-17) they will no longer be eligible for your MILB roster. You will need to promote/waive/trade/release them. Please make your adjustments by Wednesday July 17th so we have a day to process rosters before the normal games pick back up on Friday July 19th.
If your player is in the real life minors they will still need to be removed from MILB if they have exceeded their max limits (this is why we expanded rosters to 31 a few years back). You will have to make the decision whether to burn a MLB roster spot on them or not.
Once the ASG has passed the next deadline requiring callups will be the offseason. If a player passes their limits AFTER the all star break you can leave them on your MILB for the rest of season unless you promote them after exceeding their limits. Once a player has lost MILB eligibility and you promote them then they can no longer be sent back to the MILB.
Thanks to the Royals for doing the research on the players below to help everyone out. Ultimately, double check your own teams.
