Do you guys think we should have an N/A spot for Suspended players or a separate roster for them. We can call it Ryan Braun's PED roster

I support that idea. So if a real life player gets suspended for any reason we could use this category and not pay the salary right? If I remember correctly, someone selected a player during the initial draft and then that player signed with a Japanese or Korean league and that owner was not obligated to pay the penalty. Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I somewhat remember.

No, the signing bonus had to be paid for any player. Kaenta was the player.
About that, I would say yes, but i think the player has to be out for the year then. Like Mejia won´t play this year so we can take out his penalty. But what about a 60 game suspension. Do you want this taken out for 60 games?
I think suspended for the year - yes. Suspended for a few month - no.

My opinion we should allow a team to drop the player for any drug or PED suspension of 50 games or more without penalty. But if they don't want to drop them they will still have to pay them. There should be no N/A spot that's free. Why should we pay for a player that is cheating.
But I think there should be a clause. If you drop the player, you can not bid for the player until another team has owned that player. So there has to be a another manager that has to bid on him and then drop him before you can bid on him again. This will prevent people from dropping a player using this special rule and then trying to get him for cheaper. If he is picked up while still on the same suspension, he can not be dropped again using this special rule. Since the owner signed him while he was suspended he already knew the player was suspended. But if he is suspended a 2nd time then be can be dropped using this special rule.
