MILB Richie Shaffer (1B,3B/TB)
Texas Rangers receive:
MLB Jim Johnson (RP/ATL) CAP $800,000 for 2015
Just like in real MLB life, a late season acquisition, for a potential impact player.
Jim Johnson "hangs on a string", that's why we all hate him. Richie Shaffer is at "AAA" and is close to MLB. Typical Trade Deadline type of transaction. |

Agreed and diddo to Texas explanation. Potential help at corner IF next year will be a boost to my roster!
Also, Rowdy Tellez was incorrectly placed on my MiLB roster; he should have been assigned to Miami, per his recent acquisition in MiLB player thread.
Naturally, Richie should be placed in that vacant spot. Thanks!
