Last year, we used tiered free agents by position. For example, pitchers and catchers were week 1, infielders were week 2, and outfielders were week 3. Do you want to do that again or have it a free for all?
I did like the strategy side of the tiered side. It made you save money for a certain player. But, on the flip side, people might have overspent on the last week since it was the last week.

I think there are advantages to both systems. Tiered means a higher chance you can zero in on your guy, but free for all generally means lower prices and possibly a greater chance at multiple players as a result. My own preference is very slight, so I won't vote unless I need to.
