When we started this league, we started at $125M and we would raise it by $3M every year since. In 2022, we are at $140M. We have been seeing a lot of teams lately having extra money to spend at the end of the year. While we do have teams that use it all up as well. Should we keep going and keep raising it by $3M every year? In 5 years, we will be at $155M. If we stopped the increase, we would increase it one last time for 2022 to make it an even $140M. If we decide to lower it, we should leave it at $140M in 2022 and make the new cap start in 2023.

I would just like to know , at any point will we ever have to pay a real life salary for a player …. I don’t know if you remember Bryan but this was an issue one time when I picked kikuchi who was signed by Seattle for alotta money but was in our rookie draft. I think that was worked out but could a situation arise where that might be the case ?
Also , maybe we increase the cap every other year , start this year and every even year increase it , and revisit this in 5 years and see where we r

Then they are a UFA.

The hard cap has since been upped to $143M when we voted to eliminate the dev roster and raise the salary cap by 3M in 2023
