I was thinking about starting this offseason to have awards that we can vote for. It will just be for pride but if we wanted to add a cash incentive to next season's salary cap we can. These awards will be voted for by the managers. It will be a fun thing to do after the playoffs. Let me know your thoughts on this. We can add or delete some from the list below.
Manager of the Year
Trade of the Year
In-Season Free Agent Sign of the Year
Off-Season Free Agent Sign of the Year
Minor Leage Add of the Year
Most improved Team

I am not in favor of having salary cap incentives for awards, but awards without the incentives seem cool

Awards a big Yes. And here's an award that should be included. MOST ILs. Something I could walk away with! Salary cap incentives a big NO.
