I hope it doesn't come up again, but in the event that it does, I think roster rules should be suspended in the event of a COVID postponement.
I'm not talking about waiving limits or transactions. Let's take this Reds/Tigers postponement. I have Jacoby, Turnbull, Nova, Gant, Edman. So I've been playing with 22 guys for the last few days.
Should something like this happen again, I think everyone should have permission to stash postponed guys in the minors in order to call up a minors or DEV guy for innings or at-bats. I waited to post this so it wouldn't be so self-serving, but in this format, those missed games really hurt, and any bit of help could make a big difference.

That is a good idea. On Fantrax, I can open the minors up to hold like 5 more players and you can put those players in the minors. We do need to do something because now we know teams may not play for a whole week so they are just taking up a spot.
I’ll make the executive decision to allow that for this year only.

Yeah I've been without berti, McCutchen, oneil, Alcantara. Yeah. I mean, none of mine have really hurt me, but it did make me realize an outbreak could knock the Yanks and Red Sox out for a week, and someone could potentially be sitting Judge, Torres, Lemahieu, Sanchez, Bogaerts, JDM, Devers . . . You can't be missing all those at-bats for a week, especially if some help is just sitting on your DEV. Might be the first time I've ever been grateful I mostly play volume over superstars!
