I am wanting to start a poll to see how many people would be willing to switch to Fantrax. It was suggested again by a manager and he said it has a new homepage and it is easier. There are pros and cons for moving to Fantrax. Fantrax is more designed for this league. Yahoo limits us on what we can do. ProsYou can store all your minor leagues on your team page. If everyone has all their prospects on their team, we will be able to search through all available prospects. It has editable playoff schedule. It will have two Ohtani's and we wouldn't have to worry about it. He is eligible for SP and UT on Fantrax. ConsEverybody is used to Yahoo. Probably a little more easier. Their may be more pros and cons and please feel free to add to or subtract to this list. Please keep it civil and respect each other like always.

As a guy who commishes two leagues in fantrax, I can tell you it's massively easier to use than Yahoo. While there is a tiny leaning curve, it's super easy. You can even do contracts in fantrax.

We can try to set it up now and carry it over and test it before the season starts.

I have already done the whole fantrax thing and I can say that Fantrax caught up massively. Not only the usage but the overall performance is better IMO. However, I would not mind staying on Yahoo either. But the stats and sabermetrics offered by Fantrax outweigh Yahoo massively. Also their player pool is much bigger.

it's not great. not as good as yahoo, but that doesn't make up for what it offers that yahoo doesn't (prospects, contracts, etc.)

I am not seeing contracts cause that is only for points leagues it looks like. But i haven't got that far yet in setting the league up. But there are so many options. Like we can put suspended players on the DL. We can have no max of DL if we would want that.

I voted no , I have like 7 other leagues I am in at Yahoo , it is one stop shop which is easier for me , plus like was mentioned , there is a learning curve on how user friendly the site is , I don’t really feel like having to figure out another site with this league ,

Hey Guys, I participate in way too many leagues and we are moving most of them to Fantrax this year.
The interface is a lot better than what it was last time we tried it and very easy to use. most of the learning curve is on the commish tools side, for the regular user is just as easy as Yahoo.
The contracts part is a paid option unfortunately.
IMO the advantages are huge compared to dealing with Yahoo / Proboards / Google Spreadsheets
Change is difficult, but it's worth it

I too am a Yahoo fanatic, but 2018 will be my 2nd year in Fantrax and it's growing on me. I like the availability of year round service, I really love how fantrax will Automatically Email you when you're on deck and on the clock during a Dynasty type draft that has a window time, for example 4 hours between picks. WWW. fantrax .com and I have full access on my phone.
I'll do whatever the Majority vote rules here, but I did accept Brians Invite to fantrax. My only question for Fantrax for our league, is - Where would the players Contracts be displayed at. Like our MLML on proboards?
