MiLB and DEV Roster players

Starting now for players that are on the MiLB and Dev Rosters.  

For pitchers in the MiLB, you can promote them to the DEV Roster between 40-50 IP
For hitters in the MiLB, you can promote them to the DEV Roster between 120-130 AB.

So if I wanted to place Difo from the MILB to the Dev Roster I could not because of at bats???

Correct. The DEV Roster is only for players that surpassed the MiLB maximum.
