I accept this deal.  I am excited to get back Hendricks in this deal.  I was looking forward to watching Foltynewicz progress but I get more of a proven pitcher and he's a Cub.  I will miss having Dozier's power in my lineup especially after losing Goldschmidt.  But now I can build up some steals in my lineup.  Nice easy dealing Cardinals.

I accept this deal. This was a hard deal for me to make. I've always been fearful of Dozier because of his career AVG numbers. But I will certainly love adding his power to my lineup. I'm also very hopeful to see what Foltynewicz can become. He has a ton of talent. If he can control his emotions on the mound he can be a great number 2 guy. I can't believe I am trading Hendricks away, I believe 2016 was no fluke for Hendricks and he will continue to pitch at a high level. I've never been high on speed only guys, but I still feel like Hendricks and Gordon are both sure things as opposed to the risky players that Folty and Dozier can be. So this is me taking a risk. Nice Dealing with you Cubs.

After completing this trade I asked Stu would be interested in Gordon cause I know he likes speed. I like Kipnis I feel like he is more rounded in the stats in our league. The pick I'm getting is to compensate the money I'm giving Stu. I decided to just save processing time to have this deal included in one. Cardinals do not need to accept this deal again cause he isn't getting anything different from the original deal.

I agree.
My idea is quite simple, I have enough power but not enough speed. So acquiring D. Gordon in exchange for J. Kipnis made sense for me. As for the small cash and the draft pick portion, I had one too many picks for the draft so this solves my issue.
