I initially inquired on a number of players and now I'm happy to acquire K. Davis.  I want to add a power bat to go along with G. Stanton and C. Davis and I'am able to absorb Davis's projected 5M 2017 salary.  This trade also allows me to clear two MiLB roster spots for the upcoming draft.

I accept the deal. Although I may have gotten more for Khris Davis elsewhere after the pop he showed last year I feel he was worth risk in gambling on the developing Eduardo Rodriquez. I truly expect big things from him as soon as next year. CAL also putting cash and some potential minor leaguers with upside of their own and helping fill a few MILB slots that I needed to address makes this a trade with lots of up.
