CAP $8,000,000 for 2017

CAP $6,000,000 for 2018

I might simply be keeping up with all the big trades happening around us at this point, but this transaction can possibly work out... It is all subjective at this point... I am giving up 3 "Top 100 Specs" on a gamble...
