Harper was hard to trade and his value is probably at its lowest since him being drafted but I had to jump at the opportunity to obtain one of the best catching prospects in the game (when I have none on my roster), the top OF prospect to replace Harper, and a pitcher with a very friendly contract that will make my pitching staff better. The extra 5M will help me keep Cespedes and also extra bidding or trade money. Personally I feel like this is an even trade for both of us. I felt like I needed to shake something up with my team this coming year and hopefully this is a good start.
