MiLB Low Minors Draft 2016
Year 2 is nearly in the books and we are getting ready for the upcoming draft.
Here`s some information for you to get ready. Feel free to ask question in this thread.
As every year I want to make the Draft Round threads a little more interesting. So this year it is all about the most memorable moments in baseball history. Of course I could only pick 5 moments, but I still hope you enjoy drafting and reading the little stories. Baseball is awesome.

1. Draft Date: October 30, 2016
2. Time: 9:00 AM (CST)
3. Frame: 5 Rounds + Supplemental Round
4. Draft Style: Non Snaking
5. Low Minors: You have 5 spots on your Low Minors Roster. You can only promote or trade this players. You cannot demote players to the LM-Roster. The Low Minors Roster has to be empty once our next draft (2017) starts.
6. Time Window: 12H (You can send your picks to a league official. Check out this thread: GUIDE: how to send picks to someone)
7. Eligible MLB Player: Player that got drafted by an MLB organisation (High School Players are not eligible) plus the
8. Eligible International Players: Players that have signed with an MLB organization and under the age of 18.
9. Wrong picks: If a managers makes a wrong pick, he will not be punished. The draft will not stop. The manager will be notified per Mail and
Proboards message and makes his pick as soon as he is online again. Therefore, check your picks carefully, because if the draft is moving you
might lose a lot of spots. Furthermore, if you pick a wrong guy you cannot pick any player that was picked after you. You have to have someone
who was not drafted yet.
10. Trading: Trading is not allowed before the Draft is over. All teams start off the same way.
11. Supplemental Rounds: After the 5th Round is over the supplemental Draft will start. This is added to ensure that the Low Minor Rosters are filled. You are allowed to forfeit a pick in the supplemental round.
12. FUN: I will post a funny baseball video with every draft round. We all love Fantasy Baseball, but this is still a game and we should have fun.
This draft should be fun. If it takes a person longer to pick or a manager makes a wrong pick, please do not insult or make fun of the manager. I can't wait until the draft starts.

List of eligible international Players: As part of a IFA rules update, all players that are under the age of 18 are eligible for this draft. Every player over the age of 18 has to be bid on in an auction. The IFA players must be signed to an MLB organization.
