7.3. Minor League Roster Eligibility: A player is eligible to be on the minor league roster while the following conditions apply:
a. If the player has not yet surpassed 130 at-bats innings pitched or 50 innings pitched he is eligible for the Minor League Roster. Players under these limits may be promoted
and/or demoted at any time as long as they remain under the limits. All promotions/demotions need to be noted in the Minor League Transaction thread.
b. If players surpass the 50 inning/130AB totals, they cannot be maintained on a minor league roster. These players are eligible to be claimed by any team, however cannot be
claimed until 24 hours after the date they passed the limit at 9pm EST. this gives the owner sufficient time to activate the player.


as per rule 7.3 part b above , it says these players are to be claimed by any team , not bid for at auction , so this bid should not be allowed as the verbiage above is very clear , however i will bid here just in case we start making rules up again as we go .... if the player was to be bid on at auction it should not have said claimed

I am sorry that we used the wrong good verbage on this. The rules also say that we have to bid on players that are above 130 AB and 50 IP. I can't just claim a player with 300 AB. He is being available cause he us above the MiLB status so why should we be able to claim him like a MiLB prospect?

Last year I had the same thing happen to Yimi Garcia. And I had to bid for him again.
