He's N/A due to off field issues. What can be done with players like that? Requirements for DEV roster are pretty simple any player not exceeding 150 innings pitched 500 at bats I see the Dodgers has looked into this dilemma u have , and provided answer to your question ....sit on him or drop him and pay the penalty |

I only have 2 mil in salary and need a catcher so I can't drop him until I move some salary around in deals
