He's in the minors so hes eligible for n/a N/A eligibility requires that the player is not affiliated with a MLB team (I.e. no contract, either MLB or MILB). Yasiel Puig would be eligible for N/A, because he does not have a contract. private msg'd you to not get the transactions thread off course |

The N:A spot is for players that are suspended, players that don’t have a contract, and players that have been sent down in the minors IRL but don’t qualify in our league. Good example was Michael Taylor.
