Add Antonio Cabello NYY to MILB Release Emmanuel Rivera KC from MILB Cabello was not signed until Dec 22, 2017, and is not an eligible MILB FA at this time. His selection will have to wait until the impending MILB Draft. Nice try though. 😎 |

Are players signed in July of 2017 ok to pick up? What is the cut off? |

We are looking into getting rid of the auction and just making all international players be drafted. If they aren't signed by the draft then they will be eligible in the next draft. |
