For next off season I would like something added about extending the date only for those players who have not signed a MLB contract. For example lets use SP J. Arrieta. I plan on giving him a QO by the due date of MAR 1 but I would like the option of extending the cut off date next year so a player like this doesn't need a decision before anyone knows of his MLB contract. Just a thought and my own two cents but I like the idea. Thoughts? I had already talked about this with Bryan, you won't have to make a decision until the player signs his contract Just a friendly reminder here but I will be waiting on a decision on Arrieta until he signs a MLB contract. |

Yeah that's Ok for any FA, it's just that some of them have already signed and a decision must be made |
